Adjunct Faculty Positions

RCST is looking for academically and professionally qualified candidates for Off-Campus Adjunct Faculties in Distance Learning programs. Current  Adjunct Faculty positions are:

► Course Examiners:  Grade exams and Assignments and provide analytical comments on students' performance

► Course Instructors:  Teach, grade and mentors specific courses on-campus / Online (Live-Webcast)

Above stated Faculty positions are basically off-campus tasks, there is no commuting to organize classes. Qualified candidates will facilitate aspects of course instruction, including designing curriculum, mentoring and monitoring student progress, guiding and evaluating student coursework, marking and grading courseworks exams, fostering communication and collaboration. The Adjunct Faculty will have proven knowledge in one or more of specialized taught course(s) under our Degrees Programs (click here for listed programs)

Adjunct Faculty Requirements:

◙  Doctorate / Master degrees in specific discipline to teach and support

◙  Graduate degrees plus relevant professional qualifications from recognised institutions

◙  Posses significant experience in academic and business environments

◙  Posses strong analytical competency to comment on students' performance
