RCST has a distinct organization and governance structure that is divided into groups with different roles and responsibilities: Executive Academic Board, Faculty Board, International Advisory Board, and Sub-Committees. Most of the roles and activities of the groups are complementary and interrelated for the common good of the University. The Academic Board and Faculty of RCST are providing the leadership and expertise to support and mentor students to attains and fulfils their higher education goals

The Faculty Board consists of Dean of Academics, Department Chairs and Program Managers. The Faculty Board organizes Faculty meetings on study programs management, teaching, curricullum development etc. Faculty meeting consists of Departmental Chairs and Faculty Members and Student Representatives. The Examination Board is responsible for coordinating all internal and external moderation of exams, student internship reports and thesis courseworks. RCST engaged highly qualified and dedicated Professors and Mentors that offer professional and academic support to students. Our Professors has the combine academic and professional expertise, and proactively drives the university's innovative capacity as experts in their fields of knowledge

International Advisory Board

The International Advisory Board of RCST are constituted to support the academic operations of the University, provide consultative advise on academic reforms and maitaining academic integrity of the University. The mission of the Advisory Board is to critically reflect on RCST Stategic Academic perspectives - taking into consideration the business and societal aspects to ensures RCST continues on its profound mission to offering quality career-focused higher education that are relevant to the changing world
