RCST Master of Engineering and Technology Management (METM) program will prepares engineering and business professionals to make strategic and operational decisions and become decision leaders in the management of technology. The graduate program teaches students and professionals how to effectively manage technical resources and focuses on solving problems that require close cooperation between technical and non-technical staff.  


METM integrates studies in engineering management and technology-related business course that prepare students for high-level leadership that require an understanding of management principles in engineering, projects, and organizations. METM provides students and practicing engineers with the knowledge, tools, and skills to manage projects, operations, organizations, and people. Students with prior engineering or social sciences degrees will found this program an essential companion to senior management positions in manufacturing, engineering, and technical consultancy organizations

Master - METM Degree Requirements


Master of Engineering and Technology Management (METM) degree requires successful completion of 13 graduate-level courses with minimum total of 90 ECTS-Credits above Bachelor degree. The Total Cumulative Credits will include core courses, elective courses, master thesis and applicable transfer credits. Student performance will be measure against acceptable overall academic achievements throughout the study
